The Smothers Group is a collaboration born out of a desire to equip leaders for innovative, creative, and intentionally relevant leadership.

The Smothers Group provides Strategic Consulting, Focused Coaching, and Innovative Learning that enables you to put the pieces together for transformational leadership.

We are a group of coaches, consultants, and teachers, with a breadth of experience in church, business, and non-profit leadership focused on preparing leaders to come alongside their teams as they navigate and plan for future relevancy and thriving sustainability.

The Smothers Group is a multi-generational, multi-regional, and multi-skilled partnership that is uniquely prepared to serve you and your organization - today and into the 22nd Century!

We are multi-generational, multi-disciplinary, and multi-experienced.

We don’t take “no” or “impossible!” for an answer.

We are non-profit leaders, coaches, consultants, facilitators, teachers, advocates, pastors, preachers, business leaders, civic leaders, public theologians, faith community leaders, and innovators.

Some of us are parents and spouses. We are sons and daughters, siblings, and friends.

Most of all, we are people who love people and want God’s best for their lives.

Our life experiences bring us to a place that requires a new way of leadership. 

We did not find "it" anywhere else, so we created it. Together.
